Acceptable Use Policy

PYNOV is designed for original content creation, planning, and user-approved Pinterest workflows. Users must use the service responsibly and comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

1. Prohibited Platform Abuse

You may not use PYNOV to scrape Pinterest, copy third-party Pins without permission, automate engagement, generate spam, mass publish without review, impersonate others, or bypass platform rules.

2. Pinterest User-Approved Publishing

Any Pinterest publishing flow must be user-approved. The user must review the Pin, select the destination board, and confirm publication. PYNOV must not be used as an auto-posting bot or engagement automation system.

3. Content Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use uploaded images, product photos, logos, trademarks, text, affiliate links, and other materials. Do not upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Unsafe or Illegal Content

You may not use PYNOV to create, promote, or distribute illegal, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive content.

5. Enforcement

PYNOV may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, create security risk, abuse usage limits, harm platform integrity, or create legal exposure.
